Rental Rates
Saturday - $3000. 00 – Includes Event Insurance + Security Guard – 5pm – 2:00am
Friday - $3000. 00 - Includes Event Insurance + Security Guard – 5pm – 2:00am
Sunday - $1000.00 – 10am to 5pm or 5pm to 12am. If liquor is served, a security guard is required for an extra fee.
Hourly during the week or week night - $75.00 an hour. 4 hours minimum for small groups 50 or less.
Includes tables, chairs (for up to 200 people), prep kitchen, ice maker, beer meister, two commercial refrigerators, and smart TV (Wi-Fi).
Food, beverage (liquor), decorating, any other outside event services needed would be provided by the renter.
NOTE: This hall has no elevator and is only accessible by stairs. No stove is provided, but we do have a commercial warmer. Renters can arrange an earlier start time for decorating and set up if needed.
